4. Gift Cards and Memberships

• Gift cards and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable but may be used toward any available service or package.

5. Liability

Tranquil Spa is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or other adverse outcomes resulting from treatments. Clients are encouraged to consult their physician before booking treatments if they have any concerns.
